Provisioning payload
Provisioning
The encrypted/signed bundle delivered from the issuer to the wallet platform during provisioning. Contains the credential's cryptographic material (wrapped per the wallet's key-wrapping spec), display fields (name, role, photo), and identifiers needed to instantiate the pass on-device.
