SOC Insights
AlertEnterprise's solution for ingesting badge events and alarm data from PACS to generate hardware-level and identity-level intelligence for the customer's Security Operations Center. Where PIAM and VIM are about provisioning access, SOC Insights is about observing what's happening at readers, panels, and doors — and correlating it with the identity context Guardian holds.
Not every PACS connector supports SOC Insights. The list of confirmed-supported connectors includes lenel-open-access (via OpenAccess REST API — Readers, Panels, Events, Alarms) and ccure9000-victor (via journal log queries — CardAdmitted, CardRejected, ObjectChangedState, JournalStateChange event types).
For an enterprise RFP, having SOC Insights coverage on the customer's PACS is a meaningful differentiator — without it, Guardian is a provisioning system; with it, Guardian is a converged security operations platform.
