Overview
The HRDS connector integrates AlertEnterprise Guardian with HRDS (Human Resource Data Service) — an AlertEnterprise-developed HR data normalization API that fronts multiple upstream HR systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) behind a single REST interface. HRDS is AE's answer to the "every customer has a different HR system" problem — it presents a normalized HR data model to Guardian regardless of the underlying source.
Architecture: AE Guardian → ACF (REST Connector Framework) → HRDS Connector → HRDS REST APIs (Common Core OData / Common Core Delta / HR API / OData V2 DELETE) → HRDS System. The four API families correspond to: full-load reconciliation (Common Core OData), incremental reconciliation (Common Core Delta), HR record CRUD (HR API), and termination operations (OData V2 DELETE).
