Holiday Schedule
A PACS time policy that overrides normal access during designated holiday dates. Every enterprise PACS supports holiday scheduling because access policies routinely differ on Christmas, New Year's, Eid, Lunar New Year, and customer-specific corporate holidays — usually denying access to most cardholders while allowing facilities and security staff through.
AE Guardian provisions access against a PACS but generally doesn't author holiday schedules — those are configured by the customer's PACS administrator. However, AE-side reporting (audit reports, compliance attestations) must account for holiday-overridden behavior to avoid false-positive findings. Multi-region deployments add complexity: a holiday in one site may be a normal business day in another, and the PACS must support region-specific holiday calendars.
