Access Level
The PACS primitive that grants a cardholder access to a defined set of readers, doors, areas, or floors — usually constrained by a schedule. Every enterprise PACS has this concept, but every vendor names it differently. Mapping the AE-side abstraction "Access Level" or "Access Area" to the right vendor primitive is one of the most common per-deployment configuration tasks.
