Overview

The Angus connector integrates AlertEnterprise Guardian with Angus AnyWhere — Angus Systems' commercial real estate operations / tenant services platform with embedded visitor management and access functionality. Angus is the dominant tenant-services platform in commercial real estate (Class A office properties) — supporting it is a strategic differentiator for AE in deals involving multi-tenant office buildings where the building operator uses Angus for tenant-service requests and AE for security.

Categorization note: Angus is technically more of a tenant-services platform than a pure PACS. It's categorized as pacs in the connector catalog because its access / visitor management functionality is what AE integrates with. For visitor management features specifically, Angus is the most common destination connector in the commercial real estate vertical.

Architecture: AE → ACF → ANGUS Connector → ANGUS Rest Web Service (SDK) → ANGUS Server.

PACS specifics

Cardholder model

ANGUS users are typically visitors and tenant-employees in commercial real estate contexts.

Access rights model

ANGUS access model is tenant-services oriented, not traditional PACS access levels. Site-specific configuration.

Multi-tenancy

Single ANGUS deployment per AE→ANGUS connector. ANGUS itself is multi-tenant by design (one ANGUS instance serves multiple tenants in a building).
