Overview
The SAP Fieldglass connector integrates AlertEnterprise Guardian with SAP Fieldglass — SAP's cloud Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent labor. Fieldglass governs contingent workers (contractors, consultants, statement-of-work resources) separately from full-time employees, which typically live in SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HR / Workday.
This is the connector to use when AE Guardian needs visibility into the contingent workforce identity lifecycle — onboarding a new contractor, off-boarding when their engagement ends, applying appropriate PIAM workflows. For full-time employees on the SAP stack, use sap-hr or the sap-btp mediation layer for SuccessFactors.
Architecture: AE → ACF → SAP Fieldglass Adapter → SAP Fieldglass Web Service (part of SAP Fieldglass SDK) → Fieldglass System.
